Why "Core & Mobility Balance" before the marathon?

The day before the marathon is crucial for your performance on race day. Your body needs the right balance of mobility and stability to optimally prepare for the race and prevent injuries. Our "Core & Mobility Balance" course is tailored precisely to the needs of marathon runners. It combines gentle mobilization exercises with targeted core training to promote their mobility and activate their deep muscles - for maximum stability during the race.

What you can expect:

  • Targeted mobilization: The course begins with gentle mobilization exercises that loosen your joints and stretch your muscles to increase your mobility. This helps to release tension and optimally prepare your body for the marathon.

Course schedule:

  3. Core training (25 minutes): Light activation of the deep core muscles to stabilize your core without risking muscle soreness.
  4. Cool down & stretching (10 minutes): Gentle stretching exercises to relax and regenerate the muscles.
